All data is stored in EU data centres. We currently use providers with infrastructure in Germany and France. For pilot clients we use shared multi-tenant infrastructure with strict isolation. Enterprise clients can request dedicated deployment.

We currently process documents in French, German, Luxembourgish, and English. The interface is available in English, French, and German.
Yes. We're GDPR-compliant by design. A DPA template is provided for every client. Regarding the EU AI Act — our system is designed around human-in-the-loop decisions, especially in tax matters, in line with the EU AI Act's requirements for financial use cases.
